The perfect hot dog

My dad showed me this:

The secret to a perfect hot dog is to not overcook it, you can grill, bake, boil, and fry them and any method would get the job done.

For the perfect hot dog you will need to boil a quart of water let continue foe 2 minutes at a roiling boil.

After 2 minutes shut off the heat and place an un-opened bag of hot dogs in the water. Let the hot dogs sit for 5 to 10 minutes.

When the water starts to cool, remove the hot dogs and TaDa we have a pefect hot dog, ready for any and all condiments.

  1. Really, I guess that I am really overcooking my dogs. I will probably give this a shot this weekend.

What do you do if you do not want to cook all of the bag, timewise?

  2. When you shut off the heat, you placed the entire bag, sealed into the water
