Data is defined (by me) as a single point point of value that occurs in a specific place at a specific time. (I was in a meeting at 10:30 am in conference room Zebra, the water was 27 degrees Celsius)

Information is a collection of related data that defines a common occurrence. (The steering committee was in a meeting this morning, all of the pressure cookers took an average of 45 minutes to heat the fluid)

Wisdom is the collection of information that has been evaluated and common themes are exposed, this then is used to determine future decisions.
